The cashier clears and

services, and encourages Wal-Mart MasterCard card subscription and use.
Responsibilities

Greet all customers
with a warm and friendly smile. • Ensuring that each customer receives
friendly, accurate and professional service. Follow the "best method"
practice criteria. • Run cash register by scanning items via an electronic
scanner to record the price, compiling the printed list, and viewing the
customer's purchase cost, taxes, and rebates on the screen. • Help customers
with packing and loading their goods. • View and process all Wal-Mart Rewards MasterCard
applications. • Promote company sponsorship programs, such as credit card
service, product protection and charitable initiatives, when necessary. • Go
outside / in front of the record, when possible, to greet the next customer. •
Accept all forms of customer payment as per company guidelines. • A correct
count to prevent cash surplus and deficiency. • Make changes, cash checks, and
issue receipts to customers. • Scan goods quickly and accurately. • Achieve the
"percentage" goal percentage. Additional Responsibilities • Comply
with all company policies and standard operating procedures. Other
responsibilities may be assigned.

qualifications
To successfully
accomplish this task, the individual must be able to satisfactorily fulfill
each primary duty. The requirements listed represent the knowledge, skill and /

to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole

meaning of written or printed materials and record information by writing
letters or symbols.

Physical requirements
